Information on the processing of personal data which takes place during the provision of the service of issuing a TIN, a key number or both remotely by video call — myAADElive
We inform you that when using the myAADElive service to verify your identity in order to receive remotely your TIN or your key number or both at the same appointment, your personal data is processed by the IAPR in its capacity as controller in the exercise of its responsibilities (Article 6(1)(e) and (3) of the General Data Protection Regulation) in accordance with the Decisions of the Governor of IAPR A.1082/2020 (B) 1303) “Registration of new users and re-registration of users in the electronic services TAXISnet” and POL 1006/31.12.2013 (Government Gazette, Series II, No 19/2014) “Procedure and supporting documentation for the issuing of tax registration number (TIN)/the change of data and the commencement /change and interruption of business activity”, as in force.
The sole purpose of the processing is to confirm your identity, perform an identity check and complete the process for receiving your TIN, your key number or both remotely. The use of the service is optional and alternatively you can visit a Tax Office for receiving your TIN and key number.
The personal data processed by IAPR are collected by you, are relevant, appropriate and limited to what is necessary in relation to the explicit and legitimate purposes of your identification and its documentation and consist of the audio and video recording material of your interview by video call with the competent officer of IAPR.
During this interview you will be asked: (a) to provide the following data in order for IAPR to confirm your identity by comparing the data provided with the corresponding data held in the registry subsystem of the Taxis information system: TIN, first name, surname, father’s name, date of birth, identity card number or other equivalent identification document, home address, e-mail address and mobile phone number and (b) to present the identification documents. Your identity details will also be confirmed through interoperability with the Hellenic Police file. If you give your consent following a question from the competent officer of IAPR, IAPR may collect from you and process additional personal data about you for statistical purposes.
IAPR takes all the necessary technical and organizational measures to maintain the confidentiality and secure processing of your personal data in order to ensure in every way their protection against loss, leakage, alteration, transmission or other unlawful processing. The data will be kept solely for the purpose of documenting the specific transaction for a period of 10 years. No automated decision shall take place during the processing. As a data subject you retain under the General Data Protection Regulation the rights of Articles 13-18, 21 and 77 GDPR.
