Services provided by an e-invoicing service provider

The publication of the Ministerial Decision A.1035/2020 determined the operating framework of the  e-Invoicing  Service Providers, who are obliged to have a “suitability license” for the e-invoicing software they provide. To this end, a permanent five-member Suitability Control Commission has been constituted at IAPR in order to certify the e-invoicing software.

Companies interested in obtaining a suitability license as e-Invoicing Service Providers must submit a relevant request to the Commission, using the Form for Submission of an Application for licensing as an e-Invoicing Service Provider and the Folder sample to submit the necessary documents and accompanying documentation.
