Compliance status
This website (www.aade.gr) fully complies with the accessibility requirements of article 39 of Law 4727/2020 and partially with the WCAG 2.1 standard (Level AA).
In particular, the Website has incorporated the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget powered by a dedicated accessibility server (offering a range of features for use by people with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments). With this Widget, most accessibility issues for Level AA of WCAG 2.1 are solved.

The evaluation of the compliance of the website and the application with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines (Level A and Level AA) took place:
- with a self-assessment carried out by the IT Strategy Directorate (DISTEPL) and

The Information Technology Strategy Directorate (DISTEPL) ensures the continuous improvement of the accessibility of the website and the application, always with the aim of ensuring equal and uninterrupted use by all, regardless of physical abilities or available technology.
In an ongoing effort to continually improve and remedy any accessibility issues, we regularly scan the website with the UserWay accessibility scanner to identify and fix any potential accessibility barriers to the site. Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on the site and app fully accessible, some content may not yet be fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 42(4)(b) and Article 45(1) of Law 4727/2020 (Government Gazette, Series I, No. 184 23-09-2020), all interested parties have the right to submit comments or applications for information on the current status of compliance or to submit an application for missing information.
