Through this service, you can register in the registry of persons obliged to submit an annual income file under article 15A of Law 5104/2024 (A' 58) for the pre-completion and submission of personal income tax returns.

Deadlines
The initial registration of obliged entities and persons responsible for the timely and valid transmission of electronic files (responsible persons), as defined in cases a) and b) of article 15A(2) of the Tax Procedure Code, takes place from December 16, 2024 until January 15, 2025.
