The 17th annual FTA Meeting, the Plenary of the International Forum on Tax Administration, was hosted by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue in Athens, from 13 to 15 November 2024. This is the largest and most prestigious gathering of Tax Administrations around the world, held every year at the initiative of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Heads and senior officials of tax administrations from 53 member countries, Commissioners, representatives of international organizations, regional and other stakeholders, met in Plenary to examine global challenges and opportunities in various areas of tax administration and to define strategic priorities for FTA cooperation.

It was an excellent opportunity to leverage collective expertise, exchange knowledge and ideas, think leadership, and develop new practical tools.

The FTA was hosted at the Athens International Conference Center, under the auspices of Her Excellency the President of the Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
