I want to congratulate all of you on your success and welcome you to The Independent Authority for Public Revenue.

IAPR is a service that aims to provide high quality services to citizens and protect the public interest.

IAPR is being upgraded and evolving to become constantly better for the benefit of both the citizens and our service. Our goal is to demonstrate in practice the protection of the public interest, but also the respect for the money paid by taxpayers and businesses, who are entitled to see, in their daily contact with us, the return of their contribution to the public burdens.

The foundation of IAPR's success is the work of its people.

Quite simply, your valuable contribution, diligence, integrity and expertise are the tools that will lead us all together to achieve our goals.

Building the relationship of trust with citizens and businesses, which is our primary concern, also goes through our employees, who are at the forefront. You will be the face of IAPR in your area of competence and must, by your daily conduct, demonstrate that you serve the public interest with fairness, impartiality, integrity, reliability and efficiency.

During your first term in IAPR we will arrange for your training so that you receive the necessary tools for the successful performance of your duties.
