Placement in an organic position

The new employees are placed in a vacant organizational position in the service as indicated in the table of final results of ASEP.

• either directly with their swearing-in (in the case that they do not go through training at FOTA)
• or at the end of the introductory training program (for those who first go through the relevant training)

In the latter case, Department B of the Human Resources Management Directorate issues within a reasonable period of time the Placement Decision which is notified to FOTA and to the interested parties.
