From the same service, you may also submit an application for the inclusion of your debts to the tax administration in the Arrangement of Article 256 of Law 5222/2025 (arrangement of confirmed debts for which a suspension of collection or extension of payment has been granted, based on Article 43 of Law 5184/2025 within the framework of addressing the emergency needs that arose from the occurrence of the severe weather event “Daniel”).
Deadlines
The application for inclusion in the settlement program of the provisions of Law 4152/2013, as amended by Article 43 of Law 4646/2019 and currently in force, may be submitted throughout the year.
The application for inclusion in the settlement program of Article 256 of Law 5222/2025 may be submitted from 08/08/2025 until 30/09/2025.
