A Binding Tariff Information is a decision issued by the Customs Service upon request of the person concerned (importer or exporter) in order for this person to be aware of the tariff classification of the goods to be imported or exported. The competent Authority for receiving applications and issuing a Decision is the Δ/νση Δασμολογικών Θεμάτων, Ειδικών Καθεστώτων & Απαλλαγών (ΔΔΘΕΚΑ) της Γεν. Δ/νσης Τελωνείων & Ε.Φ.Κ.- Τμήμα Α).
