Deadlines
- The deadline for submitting second category ship tax returns under Law 27/1975 (Art. 77) for the tax year 2024 is extended until February 25, 2026, according to Decision 1179/2025 (Government Gazette B' 6763/16-12-2025)
- The returns are submitted by the last working day of the month of March of each year for the previous year
