Change / Matching of Activity Codes with those in force from 1/3/2026

On this page you can find information about:

the new activity code numbers (2025 Activity Codes), which come into force from 1/3/2026,
the process of matching the existing Activity Code Numbers (2008 Activity Codes) with the new Activity Code Numbers of 2025 (2025 Activity Codes),

The matching process, which is determined by Decision 1004/2026 of the Governor of the IAPR "Determination of the matching process of the existing Activity Code Numbers (2008 Activity Codes) with the new Activity Code Numbers of 2025 (2025 Activity Codes)", will begin on March 1, 2026 and will be completed within the first ten days of March 2026.

Upon completion of the automated matching of the 2008 Activity Codes with the new 2025 Activity Codes, you can see the updated image of your business or update your activity details by selecting "Login to the application" below and following the path Change Registry Details > Business Details > Change Business Details and Internal Installation Details > Change Internal Installation Details.

• For requests for change, modification and/or matching of the Activity Codes that concern the automatic matching or are submitted after its completion, the submission is made exclusively through the special digital application on the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr) "Change of company details" or if it concerns the registration/change/termination of an Activity Code in a domestic branch through the application "Change of Domestic Establishment Details", provided that the Activity Code has already been declared at the company's Headquarters.
• For requests submitted from 1/3/2026 and concern retroactive changes of Activity Codes up to 28/02/2026, the submission is made through the application "My Requests", attaching the relevant Registry declaration (form D211) and the supporting documentation required as appropriate.
• For businesses that received an automated message that it was not possible to complete the automated matching through a central process, change requests are submitted through the "My Requests" application until 1/6/2026, without imposing a fine, by attaching the Registry declaration (form D211) and the required supporting documents.

New Activity Code Numbers from 1-3-2026

With the decision of the Governor of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue 1003/2026 "Definition of a new National Nomenclature of Economic Activities (2025 Activity Codes)" the new Activity Code Numbers of enterprises are determined, which come into force from 1 March 2026 in application of the new European framework for the classification of economic activities.

The framework is based in particular on the following:

• NACE Rev. 2.1: The new edition of the Statistical Classification of Economic Activities in the European Union which has already entered into force, replacing NACE Rev. 2 (EU) 2023/137.
• CPA Rev. 2.2: The revision of the Classification of Products by Activity (CPA), in accordance with the new delegated Regulation of the European Commission (amending Regulation EC No 451/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council).

With the decision of the Governor of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue 1003/2026 "Specification of the procedure for matching the existing Activity Code Numbers (2008 Activity Codes) with the new Activity Code Numbers 2025 (2025 Activity Codes)" the procedure for automatic matching and updating of the existing Activity Code Numbers 2008 (2008 Activity Codes), which are kept in the Tax Register of the Public Administration Authority, with the new Activity Code Numbers 2025 (2025 Activity Codes), is determined, with the aim of full harmonization with the revised European statistical standards (NACE Rev. 2.1 and CPA Rev. 2.2).
