Tax return for Real Estate Transfer, Gifts, Parental Provision and Inheritance

From this service you can digitally submit Real Estate Transfer, Donation, Parental Benefits and Inheritance Tax Returns. Specifically:

a) In the event that a notarial document of purchase/donation/parental benefit or acceptance of inheritance is drawn up, the returns are completed by the notaries and submitted/accepted by the contracting parties or heirs.

b) In the event that a notarial deed of donation/parental benefit or acceptance of inheritance for movable assets is not drawn up, these returns are submitted by the contracting parties or the heirs.

After submitting the return, you can print the submitted return, the tax assessment document, the tax debt ID, and, where required, the payment receipt.

New tax return category: Inheritance Tax Return through the Tax Office

It concerns cases that are not supported by the myPROPERTY application (Inheritance Tax Return) according to Decision 1151/2022.

This return is submitted by the heir, with or without the intervention of a notary or by a legal or authorized representative of the heir, and is received and cleared by the competent Tax Office.

After receiving the return from the Tax Office, you can print the submitted return. The inheritance tax determination act is communicated digitally through the "My Messages" application, on the myAADE digital portal, to the heir and his legal or authorized representative, if the return has been submitted through a representative.

Instructions for using the application have been posted in the "Citizens" - "myPROPERTY" - "Real Estate Transfer, Donation / Parental Benefit and Inheritance Tax Declaration" section, as well as the "Frequently Asked Questions".
