The Declarations’ Sub-system support in terms of the information process the monitoring procedures of commodities both regarding their entry into the EU and also for security and protection issues (e-Customs/ICS project) and the management of commodities entering Temporary Storage warehouses. Depending on the transportation mode, it implements procedures for monitoring the arrivals and departures of the relevant means of transport. It also supports the processing of unclaimed and other commodities monitored by customs offices through protocol procedures.
