Submission of Provider Compliance Declaration

Payment Service Providers (Acquirers) and Payment Network Service Providers (NSPs), national or foreign, declare their compliance with the operation and interface requirements with IAPR for the Payment Means they have available to payment service Users.

Deadlines for Submitting Declarations of Compliance
National Providers for interfacing simple cash registers with wired or wireless POS in a local network, mobilePOS (4G) and softPOS
SUBMIT UP TO

In case of submission of the Declaration of Compliance after November 17, 2023 and up to and including December 8, 2023, the date of completion of the compliance procedures shall be considered the date of submission of the Declaration of Compliance. Submission of the Declaration of Conformity after December 8, 2023 entails the consequences of par. 3 of article 15C of the Greek Tax Procedure Code.

National Providers for POS interface with all complex cash systems
SUBMIT UP TO

Binding date for completion of compliance procedures no later than January 31, 2024. Submission of the Declaration of Compliance after January 31, 2023 entails the consequences of par. 3 of article 15C of the Greek Tax Procedure Code.

Foreign Providers for each interface category
SUBMIT UP TO

Binding date for completion of compliance procedures no later than January 31st. Submission of the Declaration of Compliance after January 31, 2024 entails the consequences of par. 3 of article 15C of the Greek Tax Procedure Code.
