Through this service, you can check the validity of a proof of awareness issued digitally by myAADE or by the Tax Office/Certification and Collection Centers (DOY/KEBEIS).

Deadlines

The service is available throughout the year.

Step by step
  • Select "SIGN IN TO THE APP"
  • In the Validation Check Form, select "Issue by myAADE" or "Issue by DOY/KEBEIS"

If the proof of awareness was issued digitally by myAADE:

  1. Select the relevant Tax Office
  2. Fill in the protocol number of the proof of awareness in the "Protocol number" field
  3. Fill in the date of issue of the proof of awareness
  4. Fill in the TIN
  5. Select "Search"
     

If the proof of awareness was issued by DOY/KEBEIS:

  1. Select the Tax Office or Certification and Collection Center that issued the proof of awareness
  2. Fill in the protocol number of the proof of awareness in the "Protocol number" field
  3. Select the year of issue of the proof of awareness
  4. Fill in the TIN
  5. Select "Search"
