If you are a foreign citizen of a Third Country, you are entitled to a five-year residence permit in Greece, as long as the value of the property stated in the purchase contract is at least €250,000.

This license may be renewed for 5 years at a time, provided that you remain the owner of the property.

If you sell the property in question, you can retain your residence permit, as long as you purchase another property of the same notarial value of at least €250,000.
