According to the 30/020/000/2237/03.06.2024 appeal examination report of the Chemical Service of Piraeus of the General Directorate of the General Chemical State Laboratory, the motor oil sample 8090/2024 was found to be ABNORMAL - ADULTERATED with shipping oil in approximately 95% because 1) contains the active tracer component ACCUTRACE™ PLUS at a concentration of 9.05 mg/L instead of its total absence, 2) contains the active tracer component FT36 at 2.04 mg/L instead of its total absence, 3) contains sulfur at a concentration of 774 mg/kg instead of the maximum allowed 10.0 mg/kg, and 4) has a density at 15°C of 857.8 kg/m3 instead of the maximum allowed 845.0 kg/m3. |

From the audit carried out by the Piraeus Chemical Service of the General Directorate of the General Chemical State Laboratory, and according to the 30/020/000/3603/10.09.2024 appeal examination report, the 95-octane unleaded gasoline sample 10292/2024 was found to be "abnormal, about 85% adulterated with a mixture of light petroleum oils containing methanol and ethanol because it: 1) contains the tracer quinizarin at a concentration of 0.45 mg/L instead of 3 mg/L, 2) contains methanol at a rate of 14.9% v/v instead of the maximum allowed 3% v/v, 3) has an oxygen content of 13.3% m/m instead of the maximum allowed 3.7% m/m, 4) contains ethanol at a concentration of 13.5% v/v instead of the maximum allowed 10% v/v.
