Statements of Information regarding technical support services of "ERP" Commercial/Accounting management programs
- Manufacturers and Technical Support Service Providers should obtain Special Access Codes by selecting "ERP Register".
- Manufacturers and foreign ERP Technical Support Service Providers, in order to gain access to the production data transmission environment (API), send a request to erpregistry.support@aade.gr entitled "Request for access to the API Register of ERP Technical Support Service Providers" in which they must include the following information: Country, Name, TIN, Contact Information (email, phone).
- The data transmission by the ERP Technical Support Service Providers takes place at the times mentioned in Decision 1065/26-04-2024.
- Upon its submission, the file is checked for the notation format and the correctness of the information in the fields. If errors are detected during the above check, the file is rejected, and the relevant error messages are displayed.
- In a second stage and after the data processing by IAPR, the debtor can connect to the API and receive the processing result. In case of errors in registrations, he is informed with appropriate messages.
