Using the Shared Trader Interface (STI-STP)
After the end of the deployment windows granted according to Document DG TAXUD-ICS2-Transition from R2 to R3 strategy, Carriers, Freight Forwarders and Ultimate consignees, lodge, amend and cancel the required Entry Summary Declaration data sets (safety and security data ) in the Shared Trader Interface (Shared Trader Portal STI – STP) and sea Carriers also submit the Arrival Notification. STI-STP is a central EU application and independent of the National ICS2 Application.
Presentation Notification
The final step needed by EOs for completing the ICS2 procedure is the lodgment of the presentation Notification message for the presentation of the goods to customs after they have been unloaded from the means of transport. The Presentation Notification shall be lodged to ICISnet. Please note that presentation notification does not revoke the obligation to lodge the national Manifest/Temporary Storage Declaration to ICISnet where applicable.
