Electronic Authorization application is addressed to ICISnet applications users who:  

• want to authorize another ICISnet user to act on their behalf
• are willing to accept a mandate which has been submitted by an ICISnet user.
 
It is clarified that the electronic authorization does not substitute the provided handwritten authorization.
