Trade Facilitation
Trade Facilitation is a National Strategy for the simplification, harmonization and automation of procedures applied in international trade.
On 1-07-2016, the National Trade Facilitation Committee was established to express the political will for the promotion of the implementation of road map actions related to the facilitation of trade transactions.
The National Committee coordinates the work performed by the Trade Facilitation Operational Committee, which is the main mechanism for implementing the road map actions.
The purpose of this entire Strategic planning is the implementation of the Single Window, a new environment for private and public entities dealing with International Trade and Transport.
The systematic engagement of the executives of all services dealing with International trade and transport under the personalized technical support ensures the success in the implementation of this key national project with the ultimate purpose of:
- Eliminating time-consuming and ineffective procedures in the wide range of international trade.
- Reducing the cost of the commercial transactions.
- Performing the most rational rules in cross-border controls.
