The  register of energy product tanks is created according to no. 0004170/16.12.2015 Joint Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette B’ 2722), ΔΕΦΚ A 5010479 ΕΞ 2014/30-4-2014 Joint Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette B’ 1156) as well as 30/005/648/19-09/2013 Min. Decision (Government Gazette 2406/B'), as applicable. In the "Energy Products Tank Register" all the tanks mentioned in the aforementioned legislation will be recorded in order to be able to monitor and control energy products stored in tanks. The implementation of the "Energy Products Tank Register" concerns, at first stage, the tanks belonging to Tax Warehouses or Customs Savings Warehouses.

1. The Input – Output system Installer that has installed Input – Output systems will declare his activity to the Register from 2/5/2018 until 31/05/2018.
2. The Volume Measurement Entity that has performed a Volume Measurement in one or more installation Tanks  will declare its activity to the Register and will record the necessary data from 2/5/2018 until 31/05/2018.
3. The Installation Operator will register the data of the Installation and the data of the tanks from 1/6/2018 until 31/8/2018. The completion of the recording of all installation data is performed through the selection of "Final Data Submission" in which case a unique registration number is assigned to the Installation, the Tanks and the Fuel Outflow Meters. The Operator of the Installation will declare in the above period the Natural Persons or Legal Entities who maintain a Tax Warehouse or a Customs Warehouse (warehousekeepers) using its tanks or part of them.
4. The warehousekeeper will declare the data regarding the Tax Warehouse or the Customs Warehouse from 1/09/2018 until 31/10/2018. Where applicable, the Operator and the Warehousekeeper in one Installation may be the same person.
