We remind you that according to par. 9 of article 6 of the Joint Ministerial Decision No. Φ2-1617/2010 (OGG 1980/Β/2010), as amended by par. 13 of Article 1 of the Joint Ministerial Decision No. 79789/31.12.2014 (OGG 3678/Β/2014) and is valid, as software manufacturers of input/output monitoring systems at gas stations and heating oil sellers' facilities, you are required to submit a Solemn Software Statement to our Service, in which the implementation duties of input / output information systems have fallen, both for the initial and for each new software version.

Note:  The above action only concerns the software manufacturers of input/output monitoring systems at Gas Stations and heating oil sellers’ facilities.
