EMCS production phase 3.3

Version 3.3 of EMCS will run in productive mode for all Member States from 15.02.2018. Therefore we would like to inform you about the non-availability of EMCS ICISnet application, on Wednesday 14.02.2018 from 16:00 until Thursday 15.02.2018 at 10:00.

We inform you that new message specifications (for Import, Export, Declaration and Transit Subsystems) have been published on the ICISnet portal and refer to the scheduled upgrade for Monday 02-10-2017 from 14:00 to 16:00.
