Provision of a Natural Person’s VAT No. and Password/myAADElive

Here you can make an appointment for a videocall with an AADE employee and apply to obtain of a Natural Person VAT No. and Password.

 

In order to make the appointment,  you will have to enter:

  • Your surname, name and father’s name
  • Your email
  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your identity card or Passport No.
  • The online filing code of the digital application for VAT No

You will find new available appointments every morning after 10:00 am.

Attention!

As long as you log into the application through IAPR’s webpage or through gov.gr, if you wish to receive a VAT No, please fill-in the VAT No. online application of by clicking on the relevant link. After completing the online application, you will receive a registration number which you will fill-in at the appointments home page where the online application automatically directs you. Then, you select the service you wish and make the appointment.

In order to receive a VAT No. you must fill-in and submit the online application to obtain a VAT No. which you will find on the appointments platform.

If the applicant is married or under-age or resides abroad or is under judicial guardianship, the online application for the acquisition of a VAT No. must also indicate the details of the corresponding VAT Nos accordingly (the husband’s/the wife’s or the person with the parental care or the details of the guardian or the tax representative or the judicial guardian.

 

  • Supporting documents

In order to receive a VAT No., you must fill-in and file the online application for acquisition of a VAT No., which you will find on the appointments platform and you must also file the following documents accordingly:

  1. Identity details, such as police ID card, military ID card etc., valid passport, Special ID card for persons of Greek descent etc. as the case may be.
  2. Valid residence permit or the information which proves that you are legally residing in the country pursuant to the legislation in force at each time.
  3. Birth Certificate when the applicant is under-age and has no ID card. In the case of a minor of foreign citizenship, birth certificate officially translated.
  4. A written statement with signature authentication or a solemn statement from gov.gr regarding the appointment of a tax representative (notary deed is also accepted) by a taxpayer-natural person with no postal address in Greece.
  5. Court decision regarding the appointment of a judicial guardian of a taxpayer in judicial guardianship.
  6. Marriage certificate/cohabitation agreement when the applicant is married.
