The transit sub-system covers the needs of the NCTS as part of the ICISnet and additionally includes the Management of the issuance of Community Certificates (T2L), Control Copies (T5), T2M Forms, Transport of Commodities with ATA Forms, as well as the Transit of Commodities with air and sea transportation declarations.
