According to the EU legislation an Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) shall be lodged at the Customs Office of First Entry within a specific time limit before the goods are brought into the customs territory of EU. In the case of Containerized Maritime Cargo (except short sea containerized shipping) the limit for the lodging of ENS is at least 24 hours before commencement of loading.

Furthermore ICISNET supports the lodgment of the Declaratives/Temporary storage declarations.

We inform you of the change of the way of filling in the "Storage Details" section for Private Temporary Storage after the installation of the new version of the declaratives application. In particular: It is necessary to fill in the field "Permit ID" in addition to the fields "Storage Type", "Storage ID" and "Storage Manager ID". At a later time, the license number will be displayed in the field "Third Party Storage" and will be selected by the relevant code list. Customs are requested to inform traders of the permit number or, if this is not possible, to contact the Electronic Customs Directorate.
