As a property owner in Greece, you can exploit (lease) your property on a long-term basis. In this case, you have the following main tax obligations:
- declare the lease details
 
In the long-term property lease, you must submit the property lease. The submission is made electronically on Property Lease Details by the end of the month following the lease agreement.
- declare your income from your property lease
 
- fill-in the Detailed List for Property leases (form E2)
 - submit the Income Tax Return (form E1)
