Register of Provided Technical Support Services of Online Tax Mechanisms
With decision A. 1040/2024, a Register of Technical Support Services for Online Tax Mechanisms (OTM) is established and maintained on the digital portal myAADE, and the procedure for its continuous updating is defined.
In particular, any entity, which has its seat or permanent establishment in Greece, and which
- is either the holder of the suitability license for each type of OTM
- or has been assigned the technical support of OTM
- or is an entity that employs authorized technicians in any form of employment
- or is an authorized technician of the holders of a suitability license or a technical support license,
is required to submit an OTM User Information Statement for all users to whom it provides OTM technical support services. The statement is submitted for all OTMs of each User, with a distinct reference to each OTM.
From March 15th to March 22nd, 2024, data on the provision of technical support services must be submitted, with the dates of scheduled appointments filled in until April 30th, 2024.
From March 23 to April 1, 2024, new appointments planned for April must be declared daily.
For OTM Users whose start of business activity is after March 30, 2024, the transmission of technical support service data from the above entities takes place until the end of the month following the month in which the start of business activity took place.
