The annual cake-cutting event of IAPR was held in a festive atmosphere, at the Central Services building. The Governor of IAPR, Giorgos Pitsilis, cut the traditional “vasilopita” and wished a happy and creative year to the almost one thousand employees present; the Minister of National Economy and Finance, Kostis Hatzidakis, honored the event with his presence and extended his best wishes, recognizing the significant contribution of the staff to the safeguarding of public revenues.

The students of the Alimos Music School stole the show, as they accompanied the event with jazz melodies and songs, giving a special touch to the festive atmosphere.

The Directorate General for Electronic Government (GDILED) won the Directorates’ vasilopita coin, and its Director General, Ms. Sofia Sechperidou, symbolically received a collector's coin from the Governor, along with a wish for strength, since GDILED is starring this year too in digitization and technological innovation projects.
